We're a new type of VC, a Venture Studio. We help found and invest in businesses with an extreme focus on areas where we can provide exponential value to founders and the businesses they're building.

We're Israeli American founder operators with decades of experience building hyper scale businesses. Our passion is in building stellar teams, solving cyber security challenges, and building high velocity go-to-market machines.

OUR CONVICTION APPROACH

FOUNDERS & TEAM

Founder fit is the foundation for success. We work with founders to qualify and build founding teams that fit each other, the pain, and the approach they're setting out to solve. This is our first and most important conviction.

PAIN & OPPORTUNITY

Pain is the source of customer action, we dive deep into the implications of the pains our founders set out to solve, to ensure they're deep, urgent, and most importantly, critical to solve at scale. This is our second conviction, and we iterate with teams to fine tune, so we're certain the pain they're targeting is compelling.

APPROACH & TRACTION

We work with teams to identify and hone the right approach to address the pain we're targeting, We focus on enduring innovative solutions that can pass the pragmatic market test of traction. This is our final conviction to move forward with a team to ensure that what they're setting out to build is transformational.
